Below, you can read both briefs filed in the Figueroa v. MERSCORP, Inc., et al. appeal, as well as the Amended Complaint filed with the trial court, which adds some 22 major financial institutions, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as Defendants.
Further down the page you can find a transcript of a recent hearing in which I argued that a fraudulently obtained final judgment should be vacated. While the judge ruled against us, I am confident of our position and believe we will prevail on appeal.
