"She changed her signature." This is a hearing occurring in my original foreclosure defense case, Citimortgage v. Brown, concerning the fraudulent assignment which started it all. April 20, 2010. Myself arguing against counsel for David J. Stern.
Today's closing argument in the case which began on 6-10! Judge said it will be months before he rules, so I'm sure we raised some good issues. :-) He told the plaintiff "I have a problem with that. You have a problem."
