Good for you, Mr. Trent. I can empathise with you -- I work as a "temp" litigation paralegal in Mia/ Broward County and see the fraud everyday. MERS, (some)mortgage brokers, et. al. should "face the music". Glad a smart attorney finally picked up on the FRAUD!

Fascinating! Your site was linked to LATOC (Life After The Oil Crash), a peak oil web site. My personal situation is that I'm presently in default from a BOA loan. The original loan was bought and sold at least 4 times, maybe 5 before it ended up with Countrywide and then BOA. My little dealings with BOA tell me that they don't have the paperwork and don't even know who owned the loan before Countrywide. I'm in Washington state or I would engage your services; thanks for what you're doing, I'll be following to see how things go. My goal here is to file a 'show me the note' proposal, followed by challenging MERS and trying to get quiet title. I doubt that's accomplishable, but every month is a lot of money saved. For what it's worth, I've been paying on mortgages for over 30 years now, and I don't even have a doorknob's worth of equity. Quite a scam these guys have going, isn't it? No one ever seems to 'own' anything, it just keeps flipping and the prices just keep rising and meanwhile they make out on the interest AND reselling the papers. Move a few times for job purposes and you'll never get any cash out.

Check Your Email!
MERS is a ticking time bomb guaranteed to further wreck our economy and the banking industry on top of the real estate market. 98 out of 100 industry professionals (Mtg. Brokers, lending agents & Real Estate Agents) never knew what the other 1-2 of us have learned; clouds on millions of titles! & they did it all for GREED (<--Imagine that?!)
(see Calif. v. MERS & Tenn. v. MERS). You should be able to save many folks with this new information. Hope to hear from You

Dear Mr. Trent,

I got your name from one of your clients and after reading the email above about Bank of America I felt compelled to email you and post on this blog. My husband and I too have had a horrible experience with BOFA after they got our mortage from Countrywide. We own a house in Texas and last year decided to refinance to lower the payments. BOFA did some things that I know are not legal and the whole situation has never been rectified. One of the things they did was used our escrow account money to "pay down" the old loan then several months later sent us a bill for almost the same exact amount of money stating that the escrow on the new account was short...At the signing, there were papers missing, then several weeks after we closed--more documents were sent to us that should have been in the closing, we have requested copies of our closing papers all over again about 4-5 months ago and have never received them and my husband has spent hours and days on the phone trying to get correct information to no avail. Like I stated earlier, there is much more but I would love the opportunity to either join or create a class action suite against BOFA...They are the most unprofessional company. Sad fact also is that I was a loyal customer of theirs for 22 years...If anyone can help us along with many others fight this company please let me know....

I'd like to join a class action law suit against BoA on the following charges:
Adding forced insurance when I already had insurance and then starting foreclosure because I wouldn't pay what I didn't owe.
Excessively long trial modification period (1 year). Turned me down for modification on a series of lies, including stating that I don't live in my home. Now again going forward with the foreclosure with no recourse to appeal. My house is almost paid for, and they are trying to steal it back.

Always looking for info. I am fighting my bank before foreclosure. Started the process in May, while still current on loan. Requested via notary presentment several times to provide documentation. They did not. Made an administrative default, and now filing suit to get documents. If bank can not furnish true documents, my petition to court is to get all payments refunded and balance of loan set into a court escrow account and then give public notice to holder of note to prove and claim it, otherwise it reverts back to me. Let me know what you and others think of strategy. best regards and keep up the fight to restore truth!
